Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Ref: BM335
Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP 35,000 - GBP 45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of architectural services to the residential, commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their residential and industrial team in their Birmingham office.

Duties
- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and industrial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and Experience
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing projects within the residential and industrial sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience is desirable
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
