Location: Birmingham

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000

An award-winning RIBA chartered practice delivering a broad spectrum of architectural services across the residential, commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare sectors is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its residential and industrial team at its Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities Of The Architectural Technologist

  • Leading and delivering a variety of residential and industrial projects
  • Preparing and submitting building regulations and planning applications
  • Managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Attending site visits and ensuring technical compliance is met

Skills And Experience Required For The Architectural Technologist

  • A degree in Architectural Technology
  • Solid post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience managing residential and industrial projects
  • Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience running jobs is desirable
  • Excellent technical and presentation skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
