About The Role
This Architectural Technologist position in Cornwall offers a full-time contract with RGB Recruitment, paying £35,000 to £45,000 annually depending on experience. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects. While the preference is for someone to be based in Cornwall, applications from Bristol will also be considered.
Working alongside Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
- Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Prepare accurate technical and construction information
- Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
- Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
- Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, or Revit Technician
- Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
