Wilderness Reserve

Wilderness Reserve is a collection of exclusive use country houses, cottages, farmhouses and manor houses spread across 5,000 acres of private Suffolk countryside. Our in-house development team is responsible for the design, engineering and build of the many refurbishment and renovation projects we have planned as we expand our offering of high-end properties with a traditional Suffolk style.

The Job

As Architectural Technician (or Technologist) you will be undertaking architectural detailing for building projects principally using AutoCAD, working alongside a team of Architectural Technicians, Planners, Engineers, and Project Managers. With c.20 years of building projects ahead of us, we are growing our design team to meet demand. You'll be working on a huge range of projects, all unique in their own way, including refurbishments of manor houses, barn conversions, hospitality venues, cottages, and more.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
