We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative AI Consultant to join our AI Enablement team, supporting the delivery of our AI strategy and helping colleagues across Whitbread realise the benefits of AI safely and effectively.

What you’ll be doing
As an AI Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Whitbread's AI Enablement Plan and governance model while helping our Technology Towers and business functions adopt AI successfully. You'll coordinate activities across the AI Portfolio and AI Asset Register, support the management of our Digital Heroes and AI Communities, and help organise workshops, hackathons, coaching sessions, and training initiatives that build AI capability across the organisation. You'll work alongside teams across Whitbread to promote AI policies, best practices, and governance standards, while helping monitor adoption, identify opportunities and risks, and ensure AI initiatives continue to deliver meaningful business value.

What you’ll need
- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, innovation, or change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
- An interest in AI technologies and a passion for helping others understand and adopt new capabilities.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, communities of practice, or engagement programmes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering positive business outcomes and continuous improvement.
