Role Description
The Architecture and Space Design Instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons that introduce adolescents to architectural principles, spatial planning, and creative design methodologies. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom involves:

- Planning and facilitating interactive studio sessions
- Guiding learners through hands-on projects
- Providing constructive feedback on their work
- Collaborating with the curriculum team to align content with LevelUp Circle’s focus on adaptability, critical thinking, and real-world skills
- Integrating design thinking into project-based learning
- Assessing learner progress
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and occasional events or workshops

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Teaching and Training, with experience engaging adolescents in creative or technical subjects.
- Ability to apply Design Thinking to architecture and space design projects, encouraging problem-solving and innovation.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design, including creating lesson plans and learning activities.
- Background in architecture, interior design, spatial design, or a related field (professional experience or relevant degree preferred).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices.
- Comfort working on-site in the London Area and collaborating within a multidisciplinary education team.
- Experience with project-based learning, studio teaching, or youth development programs is an advantage.
- Ability to integrate digital tools and visual presentation software into teaching is beneficial.
