About The Role
The Crowd are busy and growing, and are looking for an Architecture Recruitment Specialist / Consultant to join our team and focus on placing architects and designers within the architecture space in London. You’ll be immersed in the world of architecture and interiors, partnering with some of London’s most exciting and influential design studios to help them build their teams. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, developing relationships and becoming ingrained in the industry.
We’re open to people at all levels and experience – all we ask is that you’re passionate about the architecture and design industry, enjoy talking to people and building relationships, and have some form of architecture/design knowledge or experience – we will teach you the rest!
This is a people-focused and rewarding role, centred on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll work with leading design studios, recruit across a wide range of roles and levels, and support people every step of the way through the recruitment process.
The Crowd is a forward-thinking, ambitious agency where people are at the heart of what we do. We focus on quality, not quantity, and take a highly consultative, relationship-led approach to our work. We’re approachable, genuine and hardworking, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with being part of a dynamic, growing business. We offer a competitive package with excellent benefits and are based in a lovely, vibrant office (we may be biased, but we really are a lovely team who support and look out for each other!).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
