Introduction

At Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces. Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, our customers, and our communities. This is the core belief that has guided Burberry since it was founded in 1856 and is central to how we operate as a company today.

We aim to provide an environment for creative minds from different backgrounds to thrive, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to everything we do. As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good in the world as well, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury for customers, driving industry change, and championing our communities.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Archive Collections Manager to help safeguard and shape one of Burberry’s most valuable assets: our archive collection. This role combines collections expertise, operational leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure our archive continues to inspire creativity, support the business, and preserve Burberry’s heritage for future generations.

As Archive Collections Manager, you will oversee the care, movement, and development of a diverse collection spanning garments, accessories, objects, paper, and film. Working closely with teams across Design, Product, Creative, and Brand Protection, you will enable access to the collection while ensuring the highest standards of preservation, governance, and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
