Ardova Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading integrated energy companies, has officially opened applications for its 2026 AP Graduate Trainee Programme, inviting exceptional young graduates to join a structured initiative designed to develop future leaders in the country’s dynamic energy sector.
The programme aims to identify and nurture high-potential talent by providing participants with hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and broad cross-functional exposure across the organisation.
🚀 Don't Miss Out!
Successful candidates will gain valuable insight into various aspects of the energy value chain, positioning them for long-term careers in one of Africa’s most critical industries.
Ardova Plc has established itself as a key player in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum and broader energy landscape, with operations spanning fuel distribution, retail, and emerging energy solutions.
The Graduate Trainee Programme forms a core part of the company’s talent strategy as it continues to expand and adapt to the evolving energy needs of Nigeria and the wider African market.
Who Can Apply?
The programme targets driven, high-potential graduates who are passionate about building a career in the energy sector. While specific eligibility criteria are detailed on the application portal, the company is seeking individuals with strong academic records, leadership potential, and a clear drive for excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
