We're looking for a driven and strategic Area Business Manager to join our South Sales Team and play a key role in our continued success.

About The Role
As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for growing funeral plan sales in your area by working with an established portfolio of independent funeral directors. You will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth while ensuring all activity aligns with industry regulation and compliance requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys the autonomy of managing their own territory while being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales performance in a field-based B2B sales role.
- Strong relationship building and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach.
- Experience working in a regulated industry with an understanding of compliance requirements.
- A UK driving licence.
