Area Cleaning Manager
Location: London Region (Southern Area)
Salary: £30-32k pa
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as we find the right person
Full Driving Licence Required

A sharp, detail-driven, manager with a passion for delivering top tier service, a person who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge, this is a diverse, hands-on role where you'll support frontline teams to ensure we exceed service expectations, and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

A strong communicator able to engage effectively with our team and clients and while not essential, proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese would be highly beneficial as for many of our team their primary language is not English. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and language abilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate, develop, and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance while fostering a positive, cohesive work environment.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
- Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
- Stock Management: Ensure all sites have sufficient cleaning materials and consumables.
