We're looking for an exceptional estate agency leader to join Connells Group as an Area Manager/Director within our London Core team, leading 12 residential sales branches across South West London.

- Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance
- Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development
- Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded

About You
You’re a natural leader with the credibility and ambition to inspire others. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target-driven environment
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
- The confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front
- A track record of delivering growth and smashing targets
- Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people
