£75,000 - £85,000 basic, £10,000 OTE, Company Car
We’re excited to be hiring an Area Director within our Rental Operators space – a growing and high-impact part of the business.
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a team, shape performance, and play a key role in how we deliver value to some of our most strategically important customers. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing, motivated team and helping them unlock their full potential, while influencing how we continue to evolve in this space.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your team – Supporting, coaching, and developing Account Managers to deliver at a high level.
- Driving performance – Creating clarity, accountability, and focus to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
- Coaching consistently – Using structured approaches to build capability and confidence across the team.
- Creating a high-performance culture – Building an environment where people are motivated, supported, and striving to improve.
- Using insight to guide action – Turning data into clear, practical steps that improve results.
- Working collaboratively – Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and progress.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or influencing performance in a commercial or sales environment.
- A strong people focus – you genuinely enjoy developing others and helping them succeed.
- Good commercial judgement and a results-focused mindset.
- Confidence working in a structured and consistent way.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to drive action.
- A curious, proactive mindset – someone who enjoys improving things and making an impact.
Salary Range
£75,000—£85,000 GBP
