Area Facilities Supervisor - North East Area
Monday to Friday role
£18.09 per hour + Company EV Vehicle
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14forty on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include
- Oversee the delivery of contractual services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise labour to maintain efficient and profitable operations.
- Ensure adherence to all HSE policies, audits, and training requirements across units.
- Support and track actions from operational reviews (MBR/QBR), audits, and business improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop site teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and service continuity.
- Build strong client relationships and drive service excellence, contract compliance, and commercial growth.

Our Facilities Supervisor Will
- Multi-site or large site operational experience in a similar role.
- Hard and Soft Facilities or similar background.
- Proven track record in managing employees and working with clients.
- Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility.
- Proven experience in managing successful teams remotely and locally.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results.
- Effective communicator and good time management.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- I.T & computer literate.
