About Our Client

Our client is the UK's premier and most trusted offloading, precision positioning and logistics company, and an award-winning specialist partner to the construction industry. Based in Basingstoke, their teams deliver with real care on every project - safely and accurately positioning kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture into new homes, on time and to an exceptional standard. Their reputation is built on reliability, attention to detail and the strength and teamwork of their people. They also work in the FF&E sector, providing on-site services including assembly, site supervision and logistics support.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives out on site, not behind a desk. As Area Field Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of operational delivery across your area - planning the work, leading teams of subcontractors and employed offloaders, and driving performance, compliance and safety on live construction sites every single day. When a site needs sorting, you're the person who makes it happen. If you know your way around construction sites, lead from the front, and get a buzz from keeping a fast-paced operation running like clockwork, this is the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
