Area Field Sales Executive
Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys winning new business while developing long-term customer partnerships? Do you thrive in a consultative B2B sales environment and enjoy meeting customers face-to-face?
Due to continued growth, Polycopy is looking for an ambitious Area Field Sales Executive to join its successful sales team. Working from our Loughborough office, this is an excellent opportunity to manage an established customer base while proactively developing new business opportunities throughout the East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage and grow an established customer portfolio, building strong relationships and increasing revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Drive New Business: Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, and re-engage dormant clients across your territory.
- Sales Conversion: Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and maximise sales conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Solution Selling: Use your product knowledge to identify opportunities and recommend the most suitable solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer developments to identify opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and support business growth.
- Drive Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

To Thrive in This Role
- Experience: Commercially minded with proven success in a B2B field sales role, ideally selling similar products. A strong track record of developing existing accounts while generating new business.
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
- Attributes: High levels of motivation, resilience and self-discipline, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a professional approach in everything you do. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Please note: Due to the nature of our customer base, the successful applicant will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and successfully complete a DBS background check.

What We Offer
- Salary: Competitive basic salary of £35,000-£37,000 per annum
- Commission: Potential OTE of £80,000+
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:30pm (earlier starts for sales meetings/ travel as agreed)
