Company Description

Roar Fitness operates leading results-driven personal training gyms in the City of London, Kensington and Dubai. The brand is recognised for its high-performance training environment and focus on client transformation and measurable results.

Founded by three-time Olympian Sarah Lindsay and transformation specialist Rich Phillipps, Roar combines elite training expertise with a premium, highly personalised client experience.

As the business continues to grow and expand its offering, we are looking for an experienced Regional General Manager to lead the performance and operations of our two London locations.

Role Description

The Regional General Manager is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of Roar’s London sites.

The role combines people leadership, business performance and exceptional client service with direct responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of both locations. You will manage and develop our Front of House teams, monitor business performance and KPIs, manage costs, and maintain high standards across facilities, health & safety and the client experience.

As a small, entrepreneurial business, this role requires a high degree of ownership and independent thinking. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand what is happening within the business, identify problems and opportunities and make confident decisions without waiting for direction.

Continuous improvement will be a key part of the role. You will be expected to challenge inefficient ways of working, develop new ideas and processes and take responsibility for implementing improvements that positively impact client experience, team performance, efficiency and commercial results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
