In this role, you will lead the full commercial journey for residential projects across your region - from qualifying inbound leads and assessing ground site data to designing tailored treatment schemes, presenting quotes, and supporting project delivery. You will receive world-class technical and sales training through our specialist learning management system and hands-on mentoring from our global team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Execution
- Qualify new inbound opportunities promptly and conduct thorough virtual and on-site visits to assess property needs.
- Set clear daily and weekly sales activity targets and work proactively to exceed order targets.
- Follow up on quotes daily, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide accurate order forecasts.
Technical Scheme Design & Solution Pricing
- Review site investigation reports, arborist data, and drainage surveys to assess ground conditions and causation.
- Design custom geopolymer treatment solutions and prepare accurate project pricing and commercial proposals.
- Ensure all won orders are handover-ready for scheduling and delivery without delays.
Delivery Support & Client Care
- Act as a trusted point of contact during project delivery, answering client queries and providing technical clarity.
- Support finance teams with client cash collection and payment milestones as needed.
- Manage client concerns with empathy, conduct complaint visits promptly, and gather project feedback to continuously improve our site performance.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the construction sector, with a strong preference for residential buildings and foundation repair.
- Technical Foundation: Relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, or surveying (Degree, BSc, MSc, HND, or OND) - advantageous
- Subsidence Expertise: Sound knowledge of UK ground conditions, clay shrinkage, and domestic subsidence causation.
- Sales Track Record: Proven success in technical sales and commercial pipeline management within construction.
- Digital & Tech Capability: Comfortable using online client interfaces, CRM systems, and virtual inspection platforms.
- Licence & Mobility: Full UK driving licence and flexibility for regional site visits.
