Join a dynamic franchise group and lead a portfolio of Taco Bell restaurants whilst developing the next generation of restaurant leaders.
We're looking for an experienced Area Coach to lead our Taco Bell South Area, covering restaurants in Wandsworth, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes and Uxbridge, with additional sites planned as part of our continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established multi-site operator who can hit the ground running, lead high-performing teams, and drive exceptional results across People, Customer, Sales and Profit metrics.
What is the role:
As an Area Coach, you'll provide leadership, coaching and support to Restaurant General Managers and their teams, ensuring brand standards, sales growth and operational excellence are consistently delivered.
You'll be responsible for driving performance across multiple restaurants, developing talent pipelines, and creating a culture where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Build and develop high-performing restaurant teams and future leaders
- Coach and support Restaurant General Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Drive engagement, retention and team development across your area
- Ensure compliance with Taco Bell brand standards and operational procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistently high standards
- Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve results
- Drive sales growth, profitability and business performance across multiple sites
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-site operational leadership role, ideally within QSR, hospitality, retail or a similar fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profit performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A passion for coaching, developing people and creating high-performing teams
- Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Permanent right to work in the UK

You will receive:
- 45 hour a week contract with a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience
