Role Description

The Area Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing service delivery across a defined region, ensuring that operational standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded. The Area Manager will coordinate cleaning, security, and environmental compliance activities, monitor performance against KPIs, and implement improvement plans where necessary.

The role also involves collaborating with other leaders to drive best practices, promote company values, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in regional or multi-site management, with a focus on service delivery, operations, or facilities management.
  • Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, client relationship building, and conflict resolution.
  • Competence in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workloads, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, interpret KPIs, and implement improvement actions.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance relevant to cleaning and security services.
  • Comfort with remote work technologies, including video conferencing, collaboration tools, and digital reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clear documentation.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, security, or environmental compliance sectors is beneficial.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or a degree in business, management, or a related field are advantageous.
