Location: Bristol & Devon. Field-based across regional clinics with some hybrid flexibility

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Area Manager to lead and support multi-site teams across Bristol and Devon. This field-based role blends operational leadership, clinical development, and commercial growth. You will work closely with clinicians, strengthen referral networks, and ensure high-quality, IQIPS-aligned services across your region.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about developing people, improving services, and building strong relationships across healthcare networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional performance, including sales, revenue, and service quality
- Oversee clinician training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure clinics meet IQIPS standards, company SOPs, and NHS contract requirements
- Monitor and improve clinic workflows, patient pathways, and administrative processes
- Support recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews across multi-site teams
- Build strong relationships with GPs, pharmacies, PCNs, and local healthcare partners
- Act as the main point of contact for clinicians, supporting consistent communication and shared standards
- Identify service gaps early and implement effective improvements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership, management, or business qualification, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple sites
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive growth
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ensure delivery of high-quality NHS and private audiology services
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent
- HCPC registration (or eligibility to apply)
- Familiarity with IQIPS accreditation
- Full UK driving licence
