Location: South West Region, with occasional travel to Head Office in Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
About Us
HW Facilities is a family-run commercial cleaning company built on the values of High Standards, Respect, Creativity, and Clear Communication. We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the South West.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the South West, supporting site teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns
- Monitor performance, compliance, and KPIs
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met
- Support the growth and development of contracts
About You
- Experience managing multiple commercial cleaning or facilities management contracts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West region

Desirable
- 5+ years' experience within commercial cleaning or a similar industry
- IOSH, BICSc, or other relevant Health & Safety qualifications
