Area Manager - Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service

Salary: £77,186 p.a. + 20% Flexi Duty

We're looking for an exceptional leader to join Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service as an Area Manager. As a member of our Strategic Leadership Team, you'll help shape the future direction of the service, drive improvement, develop high-performing teams and make a lasting difference to the communities we serve.

We're seeking a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational credibility, inspire others through visible leadership, and champion positive organisational culture.
