Area Manager – Greggs Franchise Operations
Location: Field-Based Perth | Scotland
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to support and grow our Greggs franchise business across Northern Scotland.
Working closely with Contract Managers and site teams, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with Greggs brand standards, and support the delivery of sales and profitability targets. Acting as the key link between our business and Greggs, you will champion training, development, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Greggs brand standards.
- Deliver Greggs training and development programmes.
- Coach and support Contract Managers to drive performance.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Work with site teams to improve standards.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support new store openings.
- Deliver budget and performance targets.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' management experience within a high-volume QSR environment (Greggs, McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, or similar).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of food safety and compliance requirements.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
