Love Churros London. 18 sites and growing…
We’re a dessert brand built from the ground up... from Wales to London, up through the Midlands and the north of England, with sites coming and going up and down the country, plus three stores in Bahrain, Middle East. We move fast. We build fast. We don’t do things by half.
We’re looking for an Area Manager to take real ownership of how this business runs, day to day, site to site.
Here’s the truth about this role...
We’re not looking for someone who’s memorised a textbook on operations. We’re looking for someone with energy. Someone who walks into a site and the room changes. Someone who can put a team straight without breaking their spirit, who brings people with them rather than just managing them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
If you’ve got the CV, great. But we’ve built this business on people who bring something you can’t teach... attitude, presence, the kind of drive that makes a struggling site turn around because you walked into it. We’ll teach you the rest. Stock, systems, numbers, all of it. What we can’t teach is whether you’ve got skin in the game.
This is a fast paced, hands-on, on the road role. You won’t be sat behind a desk. You’ll be in the sites, in the kiosks/trucks, building pop-ups, fixing what’s broken, and setting a standard the team wants to follow. Winter Wonderland this Christmas is our biggest event of the year.
