Area Manager — North London

Salary: £43,260 per year | Full-time | North London sites

Schools Plus is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, commercially minded, and people-focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of school sites across North London.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will be responsible for:

  • Site performance
  • Customer service
  • Compliance
  • Team leadership
  • Business growth

You will work closely with Team Leaders, Site Supervisors, and school contacts to ensure our sites run safely, professionally, and to a consistently high standard.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong multi-site management experience
  • Excellent people skills
  • The confidence to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

You will need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including at least two full weekends per month
