Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for an:

Area Manager (Brown/White goods)

Based in the South part of UK.

You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international environment, supporting our development in UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Retail Management: Take ownership of assigned retail points of sale, ensuring they meet our brand standards.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with store staff and management.
  • Sales Support: Provide on-the-ground support to retail partners to boost sales and product knowledge.
  • Product Merchandising: Manage the customisation and display of our products on the sales floor to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Training & Development: Conduct both short "pill" sessions and more comprehensive in-person and classroom training to educate sales staff on our products and key selling points.
  • Sales Performance: You'll be directly responsible for the sell-out performance within your designated area.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within the consumer electronics sector, with at least 2 years as a Sales Field Specialist or Brand Ambassador.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UK retail market and its key players and distributors is essential.
  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are a must.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills to influence and secure successful outcomes.
  • Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Organisational Skills: A high degree of organisational and management skills to handle a busy and varied workload.
  • Sense of Responsibility: A high level of responsibility and dedication to your work.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the UK Head of Sales. You will work in close collaboration to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

What we offer:

  • Annual Gross Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 GBP Euro
  • Annual Gross Salary (paid quarterly): 15%
  • Monthly Company car allowance: 750 GBP
