Job Title
We are looking for inspiring, strategic and hands-on Area Manager to oversee our services with Mental Health support across of Surrey, Kingston, Berkshire, Harrow, Aylesbury. If you are resilient leader with a passion for compliance, quality assurance and mentoring teams, we want to hear from you!

Basic Job Duties
- Provide leadership to the operations management team to ensure that all our services and staff teams provide the right support which leads to positive outcomes for our service users.
- Identify and minimise any risks across operations; ensuring the highest priority is given to safeguarding our service users and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Ensure that the organisation is working in accordance with all company policies and procedures and in adherence with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all services are audit ready and review any learning identified with a service improvement plan with clear timescales to be achieved.
- Ensure all our services meet the required standards of cleanliness, quality, security and safety for our service users.
- Proactively identify areas of service improvement across their area of responsibility.
- Actively engage in all matters relating to staff management and compliance, ensuring that the management team are appropriately supported on all staff related issue

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience at management level within a care setting
Previous Experience
- Experience in managing mental health services.
- Dealing with high-risk service users and challenging behaviour including alcohol and substance misuse
- Experience in managing safeguarding matters
Education
- Relevant management qualification in health and social care - Level 5 or equivalent
Special Attributes / Skills Required
- Driving licence and use of own car essential
- Data driven and outcome focussed
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
