We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Regional Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and empower a dedicated team of supervisors and operatives, driving operational excellence across multiple sites. You will ensure that all locations consistently meet and exceed Kindreds renowned cleaning standards, fostering a culture of high performance and client satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

About The Role

What You'll Deliver: Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence and maximise contract profitability by effectively leading and motivating your on-site teams.
  • Manage financial performance by diligently adhering to budget allocations.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.
  • Uphold and elevate the highest standards of service delivery across all sites.
  • Recruit, onboard, and continuously coach your site teams, fostering their professional growth and performance.
  • Conduct thorough monthly quality audits to guarantee consistent adherence to our high standards.
  • Support the Operations Manager by undertaking diverse projects and reports, contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular contract and specification review meetings with clients, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Champion Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with all procedures and legislation.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account expansion.
  • Actively pursue and secure opportunities to introduce and deliver additional services to clients.
