The Role

  • Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers to deliver exceptional commercial results.
  • Drive sales, productivity and profitability across your region, ensuring all KPIs are achieved.
  • Analyse trading performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans to maximise sales.
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, improve performance and ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, visual merchandising, stock management and compliance.
  • Support recruitment, succession planning and the development of high-performing teams.
  • Work closely with Head Office functions to deliver business initiatives and support new store openings.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience within fast-fashion retail.
  • 2–3 years' experience managing multiple stores as an Area, District or Regional Manager.
  • Experience with High Street womenswear brands is highly desirable.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
  • An inspiring leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating teams.
  • Fluent English is essential. Mandarin would be an advantage.
