About The Role

At Pets at Home, we're on the lookout for an Area Manager who leads with purpose, brings energy & humility to their teams and knows how to balance results with fun. You’ll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and strong commercial performance across your region.

This is a ‘field-based’ role, covering our Pet Care Centres in Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset

  • Lead your Pet Care Centres to deliver customer “magic” every day
  • Champion colleague engagement, pet welfare and community involvement
  • Identify growth opportunities, drive KPIs and own area P&L
  • Inspire teams to be bold, accountable and brilliant
