Reporting to Retail Director

I am the Area Manager. I lead and develop my store teams to drive retail growth for L’Oréal Luxe in my Area. As a strong coach, I can adapt my style and work side-by-side with my teams in store, setting the standards for them to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. I will monitor retail data and put strong growth plans in place to ensure performance across the portfolio and gain market share in my Area. In addition, I can influence and engage our local retailer contacts and internal stakeholders to secure the support needed to drive my business. I thrive on change and seize any opportunity to innovate and drive the performance of my territory.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Performance

  • Achieving retail growth for the area and region, including setting targets in line with Brand sell out targets.
  • Gaining market share (rankings/growth vs market).
  • Implementing an offline segmentation strategy & top doors growth.
  • Executing the retail, activation and brand calendar and strategy.
  • Analysis & Development of Retail KPI.

Consumer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional consumer experience, validated by Mystery Shopper results & NPS.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to enhance CXE.
  • Through your team, ensure Omni BA, Beauty Tech, & CRM Strategy is executed.

People Management

  • Manage a team of Store Managers & Leaders directly, including the team's recruitment, development & management.
  • Accountable for the management & development of the Beauty Advisors in your territory, via your team of store managers.
  • Deliver a best-in-class BA experience.
  • Coach and develop teams through on-the-job, classroom and peer development.
  • Performance Management.
  • Retailer Stakeholder Management at store level.

Operational Excellence

  • FTE & HC Management for the region.
  • Budget Management (FTE, T&E, Events).
  • Collaboration with Field Services to ensure operational excellence.
  • Custodian of Brand Equity & Luxury Expression of our brands (VM/RD excellence).
  • BTQ Operations, Stock control & Audit points are adhered and achieved.
  • Audit & Compliance.
