Senior Area Operations Manager
Location: London
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + £350 per month car allowance.
Primary Purpose of the Role
This is a field-based role with regular travel across a portfolio of sites. We are committed to discussing reasonable adjustments to support successful performance in the role responsible for overseeing Area Managers and a large multi-site portfolio, driving performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Reporting
- Reporting to: Client Relationship Director
- Direct reports: Area Managers / Senior Supervisors
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Area Managers
- Ensure service excellence across sites
- Act as escalation point for clients
- Drive recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage complex employee relations cases
- Oversee audits and compliance
- Ensure Health & Safety standards
- Own regional budgets and P&L
- Create inclusive and engaged teams
- Drive operational efficiencies
- Develop and coach Area Managers
