As an Area Planner in London
You'll manage schedules and resources to keep operations running smoothly in the not-for-profit sector. Your role will help ensure the efficient delivery of services by coordinating tasks and resolving scheduling challenges.

Description
- Coordinate and manage schedules to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
- Monitor and update planning systems to reflect current and future needs.
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
- Address scheduling conflicts and find timely solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on planning outcomes and adjustments.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all planning activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align planning with organisational goals.

Profile
A successful Area Planner should have:
- Experience in planning or scheduling roles, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.

Job Offer
- An hourly rate of £15.00 - £16.84, dependent on the level of experience.
- A temporary position with an opportunity to go permanent with a mix of office and home working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
