Area Practice Manager (APM)

We are looking for an Area Practice Manager (APM) to lead the clinical and operational success of our Shropshire and North Wales region. In this role, you will have direct accountability for our Shrewsbury, Telford and Wrexham sites, working across each location Monday to Friday according to the needs of the practices.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within a multi-site environment, ideally in healthcare or a similar service-led sector. You will be commercially aware, an inspiring and effective people leader, and passionate about developing high-performing teams that deliver outstanding service, clinical standards and patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys being visible and hands-on across multiple sites, supporting teams to perform at their best while driving operational improvements and continued growth across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
