Area Premier Financial Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Area Premier Financial Consultant.
Role Overview
The Area Premier Financial Consultant is accountable for leading the performance and development of HSBC’s Premier Financial Consultants. The role is central to delivering strong outcomes for Premier clients across your portfolio—ensuring consistently high service standards while supporting business growth objectives. You’ll work closely with Regulated Wealth Managers, Mortgage Managers, International Managers, and other key stakeholders to guide clients through to successful outcomes.
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of a highly credible, high-quality, hyper-personalised relationship experience, focusing on the moments that matter and helping clients progress towards their goals. You’ll also drive sustainable growth for HSBC UK in the right way—putting customers at the centre of everything we do and delivering in an engaging and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and development of a team of consultants
- Building a high-performance culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coaching and motivating the team to deepen client relationships and grow the Premier client portfolio.
- Developing and delivering local strategies to attract, satisfy and retain Premier clients.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex client issues, partnering across WPB to deliver an integrated, first-class Premier proposition aligned to Global WPB strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrable experience leading, coaching and performance-managing a team (including development planning, motivation, and driving a high-performance culture), ideally within a relationship management or wealth environment
- Evidence of delivering commercial outcomes through sales and portfolio management (e.g., growing client portfolios, improving retention, increasing share of wallet), with the ability to set and execute local growth strategies
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products/ services/ systems, with the ability to collaborate across IWPB Relationship Management experience is beneficial
