We’re hiring: Area Revenue Manager
Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts
This is an exciting opportunity to lead revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of luxury hotels.
Working remotely within the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to our properties, you’ll take ownership of maximising revenue, market share and profitability across the collection.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies
- Driving RevPAR, RevPAR Index and GOP performance
- Leading commercial, ownership and stakeholder meetings
- Analysing booking pace, demand and market trends
- Supporting hotel budgets and business plans
- Working closely with our sales, marketing and golf teams
- Helping to onboard new hotels and implement revenue systems

We’re looking for an experienced hotel revenue professional with strong commercial judgement, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to influence teams and senior stakeholders.
Multi-property or cluster revenue experience would be ideal, although we would also welcome applications from experienced hotel Revenue Managers ready to take their first portfolio role.
