Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Working closely with property teams, central support functions and commercial leaders, you'll help shape and deliver revenue and distribution strategies that maximise performance, market share and profitability. From analysing market trends and reviewing forecasts to challenging pricing strategies and identifying new opportunities, you'll provide the insight and direction that helps hotels achieve their full potential.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on partnership. You'll regularly spend time with your hotels, building strong relationships, supporting commercial decision-making and ensuring each property is equipped with a clear and effective revenue plan.

No two days look quite the same, but every day brings the opportunity to influence performance across multiple markets, brands and destinations.

What Do We Need From You?

We're looking for an experienced hotel revenue professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment and enjoys balancing commercial analysis with stakeholder engagement.

You'll bring proven experience developing and delivering successful revenue strategies, ideally across multiple hotels and within internationally recognised brands. You'll be comfortable influencing a wide range of stakeholders, using data to tell a story and turning insight into action.

This is a field-based role that can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve travel to support your portfolio of hotels.
