Are you an ambitious sales professional with experience selling into the NHS, healthcare estates, facilities management, water hygiene, or building services sectors?
I am working with an innovative and rapidly growing international manufacturer that specialises in water safety and infection prevention solutions. Having established a strong presence across Europe and North America, the business is investing heavily in UK growth and is looking to appoint commercially driven sales professionals to support the next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a field-based role focused on developing new business and growing existing accounts across healthcare and public sector markets.

- Work with NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, FM contractors, estates teams, water safety professionals, consultants, and key decision makers responsible for compliance, infection prevention, and building safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow revenue within your territory
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Manage and develop key customer relationships
- Deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Support tender and framework opportunities
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting

About You
- Minimum 3 years' commercial field-based sales experience
- Proven ability to generate and win new business
- Experience managing a territory autonomously
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
