Job Description
As Business Development Manager you will be tasked with managing the Irish territory selling into buying groups, dealers and wholesale growing accounts and gaining new business in the area.
- Up selling products and identifying places where more products lines can be stocked.
- You will manage your own diary and be able to work autonomously and on your own initiative developing sales strategies and hitting sales targets.

Key Skills/Experience Required
For this Area Sales Manager role my client is looking for someone who is ambitious and hungry to learn, you might come from internal branch or field sales but an interest in tools is a must.
- Full training will be provided, this role is more about finding the right person for the team.
- A proven track record of sales success in developing accounts and ideally come from the tools sector or have worked for a manufacturer would be advantageous but is certainly not essential.
- You will have a fresh and enthusiastic sales approach and be open to change and improvement as you would be working for such an innovative manufacturing organisation.
- You will have experience using a CRM system and/or be proficient in using Excel.
Salary/Benefits Information
Package of £38,500 + car + uncapped bonus + benefits
