Area Sales Manager - Premium Bathroom Products

Area: Midlands and East of England | Field Based | Highly Competitive Basic + Bonus + Hybrid Car + Private Healthcare

Represent one of the most respected names in premium bathrooms, take ownership of an established and high performing territory, and partner with the best independent showrooms in the region.

The Role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 60 to 70 established accounts across high end independent bathroom retailers and design led bathroom studios
  • Build tailored business plans with each account, agreeing growth targets, range priorities and activity throughout the year
  • Secure prime in store positioning and premium display investment, so the brand is shown with the space, quality and presence it deserves
  • Act as a trusted advisor to showroom owners, shaping how the brand is curated, merchandised and presented to their customers
  • Launch new collections and showcase the full range to retail partners, turning design leadership into sales growth
  • Deliver in store product training to showroom designers and sales teams, giving them the knowledge and confidence to sell the brand at its best
  • Provide a personal, consultative level of service that makes you the first call for every account in your area
  • Identify and open new showroom partners that match the premium positioning of the brand Field based across the Midlands and East of England, covering key centres including Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Peterborough and Norwich

The Candidate

  • Field sales experience within the bathroom industry is essential
  • Experience with a bathroom manufacturer managing accounts with independent retailers and showrooms is highly preferred
  • A background representing premium or luxury brands, with a clear understanding of how they should be positioned and protected
  • Proven ability to build business plans and grow an established account base
  • Polished, articulate and professional, comfortable with showroom owners, designers and senior decision makers
