Sales Manager – Industrial Special Door Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and well-networked Sales Manager to strengthen our team in a newly created role. In this position, you will build and develop sales especially within the aviation, industrial, defence, and marine sectors. We offer you the opportunity to significantly influence business growth in UK and close markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development and manage existing client relationships.
  • Manage sales processes for large-scale door projects, from estimation and bidding to closing contracts.
  • Engage actively in client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop tailored solutions.
  • Attend trade fairs and actively meet with industry stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

What We Expect from You:

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the aviation, industrial, defence, or marine sectors.
  • Strong networks with industry operators and players.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of technical solutions and project sales, or a strong desire to learn them.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Readiness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
