Area Sales Manager
The Role:
Working for a leading stockist and distributor of wood products, including flooring, trusts, battens, hard woods and much more
- You will be tasked for managing and developing business in the Southwest area, approximately 1.5 hours around Bristol.
- Identify and target new accounts in line with company objectives and KPIs
- Manage key accounts within the region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Support Sales Executives in their role and development
- Represent the company at relevant trade organisations and associations

About you:
- Proven experience in timber products sales, either for a merchant, a distributor or a manufacturer
- Living on patch, within 1 hour of Bristol
- Strong contacts with the merchant sector
- Proactive and strategic approach to sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
