Area Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Essex)
Position: Permanent, Full Time, Remote.

We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our field channel partner network within a defined territory. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, delivering results, and driving sustainable growth.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and KPI targets, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic account plans within your territory.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing field channel partner relationships within your territory.
- Delivering against revenue, sales and KPI targets.
- Driving daily stock orders as a key commercial priority.
- Maintaining strong customer engagement through agreed call frequencies and regular customer visits.
- Executing key account plans and ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively delivered in the field.
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately and within required timescales.
- Supporting the business through attendance at trade shows, exhibitions and customer entertainment events.
- Creating and managing a rolling 12-week call plan to maximise territory performance.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong sales capability with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering results.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in field sales and territory growth.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering against sales and KPI targets.
- Experience developing and growing customer relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
- Full willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.

Success in this role will be measured through:
- Revenue target achievement.

- Daily stock order conversion performance.

- Delivery of a structured 12-week call plan.
