About the Company:

A respected market leader within the Ceramic Tile sector, who have experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years are looking to expand their sales force with the key recruitment of an additional sales professional to manage sales to Architects, Designers, Contractors within Scotland and Tyne & Wear. The organisation has been expanding and are constantly looking for new business opportunities. It is an exciting time to join and develop your career within this leading company who want their employees to grow and develop along with the company.

About the Role:

This role is critical to the sustainable growth and ultimate success of the business within the next decade and key points are:

  • Achieve sales and margin objectives.
  • Engage with Architects, Designers, End Users, and Contractors.
  • Build strong personal relationships with key accounts.
  • New business development and account management.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Ceramic Tiles and have a working knowledge of the leading Architects, Designers, and Contractors within Scotland and North East England.

Ideally You Will Have The Following Skills:

  • Collaborative in approach – a team player, end goal focused, persistent, ability to work towards longer term objectives, strong verbal ability, able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Organised, self-motivated, numerate, and analytical.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Salary:

£55,000 + Bonus, Great Benefits, Car
