Why You Should Join

Build a new sales territory from scratch and shape it with your ideas and expertise.

  • You’ll have full ownership of the Yorkshire & Lincolnshire area, giving you the freedom to develop relationships and drive revenue your way.
  • With hybrid working, you’ll spend one day per week in the office and the rest on the road or working from home, meeting customers and growing your network.
  • This means you can plan your week around what suits you best.
  • You’ll get a guaranteed quarterly bonus of £1,000–£2,000 in your first year, rewarding both new business development and the growth of inherited accounts. Once you hit an agreed gross profit threshold, these bonuses will increase to up to £2,500.
  • And you’ll be part of a high-trust, high-integrity business where every member of staff is valued and long-term success is built on exceptional customer service, not price.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
