πŸ”₯ FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – PRIVATE HEALTHCARE | SOUTH EAST πŸ”₯

About Your Role:

As the Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for growing the customer base across your territory, targeting private doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals. You'll manage the full sales cycle – from identifying new opportunities and securing that first meeting, through to winning the account and developing the relationship long term. The product is completely free for doctors and prescribers to use, providing clear value from day one. Your challenge isn't selling on price – it's getting in front of the right people, demonstrating the product and building enough trust for them to give it a go.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identify and target new private healthcare clinics across your territory.
  • Visit clinics face to face and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with doctors, prescribers and clinic managers.
  • Get past gatekeepers and confidently open new conversations.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and convert new accounts.
  • Manage your own diary, routes and territory to maximise opportunities.
  • Account manage existing customers and ensure they remain active.
  • Build strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend lunches, coffees and informal meetings to develop customer relationships.
  • Feed market and customer insight back into the wider business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
