Area Sales Manager - Premium Kitchens

Territory: South West England and Ireland

Salary: Up to £60,000 basic + £15,000 commission + EV company car + benefits

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with strong relationships across the kitchen, furniture, or interiors sector?

We are a leading high-end kitchen manufacturer, recognised for exceptional design, outstanding craftsmanship, and uncompromising product quality. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to grow our dealer and showroom network across South West England and Ireland.

The Role

You will take ownership of an established territory while identifying new opportunities with independent kitchen retailers, design studios, showrooms, and specialist dealers. This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role. You will work closely with customers to understand their businesses, present our premium collections, and help them increase sales, profitability, and market presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing existing accounts and building productive, long-term relationships with dealers and showroom partners.
  • Winning new business by identifying, approaching, and appointing high-quality retail partners.
  • Presenting new products, finishes, and commercial propositions to business owners, designers, and sales teams.
  • Supporting showroom displays, product launches, and promotional activity.
  • Delivering product training so partners can confidently specify and sell our kitchens.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and account development.
  • Achieving territory targets for revenue, margin, distribution, and account growth.
  • Monitoring market activity and sharing insights on competitors, trends, and customer demand.
  • Representing the brand at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Travelling regularly throughout South West England and Ireland, including overnight stays when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
