THE ROLE:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing service contract sales across a defined territory in the Yorkshire & North East, selling maintenance and service agreements for industrial air compressor equipment. The role combines account management and new business, with a strong focus on nurturing an established customer base while identifying opportunities to increase contract penetration and revenue.
Working closely with maintenance, procurement, estates and plant management decision-makers, you will manage the full sales process from enquiry through to quotation, follow-up and conversion. Supported by an internal sales and planning team, you will be given a significant portfolio of existing accounts and access to a well-established CRM system.

LOCATION:
Field-based role covering either the North East/Yorkshire region. Applicants must be based on patch.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous B2B sales experience, either internal or field-based
- Technical or engineering based sales background
- Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills
- Ambitious, professional and keen to develop a long-term sales career
- Full UK driving licence required
