We’re on the hunt for a high-performing and dynamic Area Sales Manager who understands the power of value-led selling to lead growth in the North-East (Newcastle) region. This isn’t your average sales role.

You’ll join a world-class team, sell patented, market-defining products, and be part of a company that’s rewriting the rules of construction innovation.

Why Gripple?

As a 100% employee-owned business, we don’t just hire talent—we invest in it. You’ll be backed by a global infrastructure, a powerhouse support team, and a culture that champions ownership, passion, and performance.

Find out here how our salespeople are changing the game at Gripple.

What’s in it for you:

  • Company car: Tesla, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW
  • Share ownership: Buy a stake in Gripple and the GLIDE group and share in our success
  • 15% non-contributory pension
  • 32 days’ holiday, increasing with long service, plus additional 'thank you' days
  • Private healthcare, family-focused policies, and exceptional benefits that support your wellbeing at every stage
  • World-class product training, career development, and room to grow

The role:

You’ll own your territory with the support of an experienced team around you, driving both new business and new products, and expanding existing accounts for our patented products in the commercial construction market. This is a field-based role—expect to be in the thick of it 80% of the time, building relationships, closing deals, and turning conversations into conversions. Energising both customers and colleagues, you will be force for progressive change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
